MOTIVATION MATTERS
A motivational session was organised for the staff of Carmel Convent School BHEL Bhopal, on June 16 with an aim to build mentorship qualities amongst teachers. The workshop was conducted by Fr. Jacob Peenikaparambil, CMI whose contribution to the field of social work spans over 40 years and is a model to behold and Ms. Neetu Joshi, Chief Trainer with the Universal Solidarity Movement. The enlightening session emphasized how education can be a potent weapon for bringing about social change. Equipped with rich experience and expertise they groomed educators to become mentors worth emulating. A movie depicting the importance of a mentor- mentee relationship and moral virtues imparted by family members;the need to wade all odds to achieve set targets with purity of intent and purpose highlighted value lessons promoted by USM. The insightful session helped teachers to reflect upon themselves and build traits that help them grow as individuals and establish a strong moral edifice for students to evolve as onerous citizens who are an asset to the society and nation at large.
