2. AJAY KUMAR MUKHERJEE MEMORIAL PRIZE
This prize is awarded every year to students securing the highest marks in English in K.G.II and in Mathematics in Std. V. It was introduced in 1983 by Mrs. Sudha Mukherjee, in memory of her late husband Mr. Ajay Kumar Mukherjee, father of Miss Kakoli Mukherjee and Master Niloy Mukherjee ex-students of Carmel.
3. LALITHA MEMORIAL PRIZE SCHEME
In the year 1980 Mr. Kamesh instituted this award in the loving memory of his wife late Mrs. Lalitha Kamesh, who was the mother of Miss. Kala Kamesh, an ex-student of our school. This prize is awarded to the students obtaining the First prize for Vocal Music, Instrumental Music, Water colour and Oil painting.
4. JOSEPH PULIKKUNNEL MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Mrs. Ritamma Joseph instituted this scholarship in 1981 to perpetuate the memory of her late husband Mr. Joseph Pulikkunnel. This is awarded to the best student in Biology in Std. XII.
5. LAKSHMI NARAYAN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
This scholarship was instituted by the School Management in fond memory of Mrs. Lakshmi Narayan, a member of the teaching staff who passed away on 6th January 1978. It is awarded to the Best Student of Class XII in Maths. Biology and Commerce stream.
6. LAKSHMI NARAYAN MEMORIAL SHIELD
This shield was instituted by the Members of the Carmel Staff in memory of Mrs. Lakshmi Narayan, for the best all-round student of Std. XII.
7. SANCHALI DAS GUPTA MEMORIAL AWARD
This award is in the name of Ku. Sanchali Das Gupta who was an ex-student of our institution. In 1983 it was introduced by her father Mr. N.K. Das Gupta. This award goes to the best student of KG I who secures first position in the annual examination.
8. M.K. PUNSHI MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Two students who secure the first and second position in the Secondary School Certificate Examination and the Best Student in Chemistry in Std. XII will be given this scholarship. This has been introduced by Mrs. Vina Puri, one of the members of the staff, in memory of her late father Mr. M.K. Punshi.
9. A. SHAILAJA RANI MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Mr. A. Rama Rao and Mrs. A. Laxmi Rao have introduced this scholarship in memory of their daughter late Miss. Shailaja Rani, an ex-student of this school. This is awarded to the students of Std. XI who secure 1 st and 2nd position in Biology.
10. S. GOSWAMI MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
This is awarded to the students who secure first & second position in commerce section in the XII Board Examination. This was introduced by Mrs. Aruna Goswami to perpetuate the memory of her late husband Mr. G. Goswami.
11. EKPREET KAUR MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Mrs. & Mr. Tara Singh established this scholarship in 1993 in the loving memory of their late daughter Miss. Ekpreet Kaur, who died while studying in class X||. This is awarded to the best student of Maths in X||. to the topper of the X Board in school and the topper of V class Examination (Hindi Medium)
12. J.NEP DESOUZA MEMORIAL PRIZE
In the year 1988 the award was instituted by Smt. Helen Fernandez, one of the members of our teaching staff in memory of her father late, Mr. J. Nep DeSouza. This is given to the XI I class student, who gets the 1 st position in English.
13. DR. SAPNA B. LUTHRA MEMORIAL PRIZE
Dr, Sapna B. Luthra memorial Prize is in the loving memory of Dr. Sapna B. Luthera who left for her heavenly abode at the young age of 30. Though a doctor by profession, music was her first love right from childhood. She did her post graduation in Vocal Music along with her schooling. This prize was introduced by Mrs. Sangeeta Sethi, to let her sisters name live in the sweet, melodious notes of music forever. This prize is for the junior and senior Group.
14. DR. DEEPAK KUMAR BHATTACHARYA MEMORIAL PRIZE
For two outstanding students in Science in Std. X. This prize has been introduced by Mrs. & Mr. Bhattacharye in memory of their brother.
15. DR. K.A. THOMAS MEMORIAL PRIZE
For two outstanding students in English in Std. X. The prize has been introduced by Mrs. Blessi Thomas in memory of her late husband.
16. KATHEL MEMORIAL PRIZES
Neha Kathel of XII A and Nidhi Kathel of X A died in a tragic and gruesome road accident in January 1998. The bereaved parents Mrs. and Mr. O.P. Kathel sponsored two scholarships in the loving memory of each of their departed daughters.

18. SARLA TYAGI MEMORIAL PRIZE
The best all-rounder from Class IX and the student who scores the highest percentage of marks in Carme Convent Hindi Medium School will be awarded thisscholarship. The scholarship is given by Mr. Sanjay Tyagi S/o late Smt. Sarla Tyagi to perpetuate his moth ers loving memory.
19. RAMESH CHANDER SUMRA MEMORIAL PRIZE
This scholarship is introduced by Mrs. Kanta Sumra one of the members of our teaching faculty in loving memory of her late husband Mr. Ramesh Chande Sumra. The prizes will be awarded to the students Class VI and Class VII who score the highest marks it Mathematics.
20. SHANTA ARYA SCHOLARSHIP
This prize is awarded to the students of Class VIII whc score the highest marks in Hindi. Mrs. Shanta Arya was: the Hindi teacher of our school. She retired on 30t November 2002.
21. SHRAVYA JAISWAL MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP AWARD
A flower was nipped in the bud when little Shravya Jaiswal of KG - I B, left untimely for her heavenly abode. To perpetuate her loving memory Shravyas Grandparents have instituted a scholarship and two annual awards for the junior students.
1. Scholarship for the Proficiency award winners in all the sections of KG - I. This scholarship will be upgraded every successive year upto Class XII when the present batch of Shravyas class-mate pass out of the school. Subsequently it will be confined to KG sections.
2. Award for a student of KG - I for All Round Efficiency.
3. Four awards will be given to the Hindi medium section of the school. Toppers of class III, IV and the highest scorer in the Vth class Examination. Also student securing highest marks in English in the Vth class Examination will be awarded.
22. JAYALAXMI TELANG HINDI AWARD
This prize is awarded to the students of Class XII who score the highest marks in Hindi of XII Board Exam, Mrs. Jayalaxmi Telang was the Hindi teacher of our school. She left the school on 30th September 2005.
23. RAVINDRAN NAIDU MEMORIAL PRIZE
This prize is awarded to the best student in Computer Science of Class VI. The scholarship is given by Mrs. R. Bharathi Ravindran W/o late Shri. Ravindran Naidu to perpetuate her husbands loving memory.
24. USHA MATTA SANSKRIT AWARD
This prize is awarded to the students of Class XII who score the highest marks in Sanskrit in the XII Board Exam. Mrs. Usha Matta was the Sanskrit teacher of our school. She retired on 30th April 2006.
25. DR. W.G. NAIDU MEMORIAL RUNNING TROPHY
This Running Trophy is introduced by Miss Vinitha Naidu, a Carmelite in 2007 to perpetuate the memory of her beloved father, Dr. W.G. Naidu, who was the Manager (Training) in B.H.E.L., Bhopal. He was one of the first employees of B.H.E.L., who was awarded the doctorate in Philosophy. After retiring from BHEL in 1985, he was absorbed by the Govt. of M.P. in the Academy of Administration as Prof. of Behavioural Sciences. This Running Trophy is awarded to the best student of Std. XI in English.
26. RITA MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
This scholarship is instituted by Shri Om Prakash Rishi, to perpetuate the memory of his daughter late Miss. Rita Rishi, a member of the teaching staff for 35 years, who passed away on 29th August 2007. It is awarded to the best students of Class VIII and X in Social Science. Topper of Std. X and topper of Std. XII (Maths, Biology & commerce stream).
27. HEM CHANDRA JOSHI MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
This scholarship is introduced by Mrs. Daya Joshi, a Hindi teacher of our institution to perpetuate the memory of her husband late Mr. Hem Chandra Joshi. This is awarded to the students of Class X who score the highest marks in Hindi of Xth Board Exam.
28. SWARAN KAUR MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
This scholarship has been introduced by Mrs. Jeene Singh in the memory of her late mother Mrs. Swaran Kaur, who passed away on 3rd August 2008. This award is to be given to the topper in Std II in the Annual Examination.

This scholarship has been introduced by the management of Carmel Convent Sr. Sec. School, BHEL to perpetuate the loving memory of Late Sr. Bridget CMC(1968-2015), one of the Pioneer Member of Caemel Convent School BHEL, who left for the heavenly abode while working for the poor in Tanzania(Africa). This is awarded to the students who participate in International level competition.
