A 2-day teacher training program
on "Capacity Building Program on Classroom Management" was conducted
by CBSE at Sharda Vidhya Mandir, Sehore, with 40 participants, including Mrs.
Shalini Tiwari and Mrs. Deepa Purohit, in attendance. The program featured two
esteemed resource persons who provided valuable insights and expertise. Ms.
Bharti Sharma, the Principal of Sharda Vidhya Mandir, Sehore, brought her
extensive experience in educational leadership and classroom management to the
training. Additionally, Ms. Madhuri Chandrakar, a highly knowledgeable and
experienced PGT Physics teacher at GD Goenka School, Indore, shared her
expertise in creating an effective learning environment. Throughout the
training program, various activities were conducted to enhance participants'
understanding of classroom management. These activities included interactive
sessions on seating arrangement, where participants explored the impact of
different arrangements on student engagement and collaboration. Furthermore, a
hands-on activity focused on redesigning a model classroom layout, considering
factors such as seating, teacher accessibility, and student interaction. These
activities encouraged active participation and provided practical insights into
optimizing classroom dynamics. Both resource persons played a vital role in
delivering the training and enriching the participants' understanding of
classroom management. Their expertise, coupled with the engaging activities,
equipped the participants with valuable strategies and techniques to establish
a positive and well-managed learning environment.
