Independence Day-2023
When the whole nation unified to celebrate India’s 77th Independence Day, the students and staff of Carmel Convent Sr. Sec School , B.H.E.L, Bhopal also gathered to celebrate this national festival with patriotic fervor. Under the echo of the National Anthem ,the Chief Guest Senior Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate Mrs. Anna Glory hoisted the Tricolor. The four houses exhibited a perfectly synchronized and immaculate march past. A series of events including special assembly by the students of Class IX that included dance recitals and patriotic songs rekindled the flame of dedication and devotion for the motherland . Glimpses of our great freedom fighters and leaders and the principles on which they lead their lives and patriotic speeches were presented by the students of Hindi Medium. A dance drama commemorting the sacrifice of our brave soldiers along with soulful patriotic renditions awakened everyone to rise against the barriers threatening the democratic structure of India. The Chief Guest greeted the audience on the occasion and urged them to have passion and commitment towards their nation. The celebrations concluded with distribution of sweets amongst the audience.
