Exciting beginning to the Teachers Day Celebration 2024
Over the past few days, Carmel Convent Sr. Sec. School has been brimming with excitement and enthusiasm as teachers participated in a series of engaging sports and recreational activities under the able guidance of the Principal Rev. Sr. Ann Joicy. Beginning on Saturday 31st August, the fiesta saw activities including passing the ball, spoon race and a tough competition of tug of war amongst the secondary teachers. Divided into various teams, teachers demonstrated remarkable teamwork and strategy. The event was not only a test of physical strength but also of coordination and unity. The competitive spirit was high, and students cheered enthusiastically for their teachers, creating an energetic atmosphere. Tug of war for teachers of primary, Hindi medium and Kinder Garten was conducted on Monday. Badminton Tournament was organised on 2nd and 3rd Sept in which 32 teams took part. Matches were held in the doubles categories, and participants exhibited impressive techniques and sportsmanship. "Know Your School" quiz was a highlight on Tuesday, designed to test teachers' knowledge about their school’s history, achievements, and values along with their General knowledge . The quiz was both informative and fun, fostering a deeper connection with the school's heritage. The participation and enthusiasm of the teachers reflected the strong sense of community and school spirit at Carmel Convent Sr. Sec. School.
