To create environmental awareness among the students and to inculcate the culture of eco friendliness, the students of Carmel convent BHEL Primary Wing under the leadership of Sister Shanthi (Headmistress), conducted various activities involving students from class 1 to 5 in the month of October.
* To motivate the young minds, students of class 1 recited the poems on nature during morning assembly.
* Students of class 2 gave a small talk/ speech on ways to save the environment and protect the "Mother Earth"
* Class 3 enthusiastically participated in Card Making Activity on the topic "Save Environment", using eco friendly products .
* Class 4 actively participated in Slogan Writing Competition on the topic "Save Nature". They wrote beautiful, inspiring, innovative messages about the Environment.
* Class 5 - Colourful Posters were made and decorated by the students to give the message of "Clean and Green Earth" .
All these enriching activities instilled a sense of responsibility among the students to protect and preserve the Planet Earth .
Our school always focuses on embracing the Eco- friendly lifestyle and contributes its best in keeping the Environment clean and green.
