Days filled with fervour , excitement , thrill and cheers marked the playgrounds of Carmel Convent Sr. Sec School BHEL, Bhopal , as the school organised Intramural Competitions of Volleyball and Kho Kho ,a three day event from April 26th to April 28th.The event kicked off with a lovely rendition by the School Choir to pay salutations to the Lord Almighty which was followed by Inter-House competitions where the four houses eyed for the first place and competitiveness among the students soared through the roof. Impressive performances throughout these days kept the audience enthralled and witnessed impressive participation from budding sportspersons. Sportsmanship, enthusiasm and memories to cherish culminated with Emerald house clinching the first place in Senior Volleyball followed by Sapphire and Topaz and Ananta Soni as the best player and Emerald once again the champions in Throwball junior, with Ruby and Sapphire making for the second and third spot respectively and Maanvi Awasthy emerging as the best player. It was a visual treat to witness Emerald house making its mark in Kho Kho senior group while Sapphire and Ruby earned the second and third place, and Ayesha Khanam was adjudged the best player and Topaz house won the first position in Kho- Kho junior and Emerald and Ruby finished with the second and third spot and Swara thakur the best player. A strong concluding message of camaraderie and unity was delivered and the event concluded leaving everyone positively recharged.
